The exporter should inspect it — and you should be able to see the evidence. Before the balance payment we send an evidence pack for the exact unit: exterior, cab, engine bay, undercarriage and tyre photos; a running video covering travel, swing and digging; a close-up of the serial plate; and the hour-meter reading.
Third-party inspection can also be arranged at your request, at the yard, before payment.
