You can appoint an inspector of your choice and we coordinate access to the machine at the yard before payment. Many buyers use this for higher-value units or for a first order.
What we do not offer is a manufacturer's warranty or an OEM-certified refurbishment — machines are sold used, and the evidence pack is how you confirm the unit instead.
