Either the seller's forwarder or the buyer's. On FOB terms the buyer usually appoints the forwarder, which gives control over route, carrier and cost; on CIF terms the seller books it.
Whoever books it, the loading survey, lashing plan and photos should be shared with the buyer before the vessel sails. Ask for the booking confirmation and the vessel name in writing.
Ask us for the model, tonnage or destination you have in mind — we reply with matching units and an FOB or CIF quotation.
